Louise is the Founder and CEO of Aunty Lou's House Ltd, a vibrant platform dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV and challenging societal stigma. She also hosts the inspiring podcast, "Aunty Lou's Hour", where she interviews people from around the world about their HIV journeys. Through these inspiring conversations, Louise creates a compassionate space for education, support, and understanding for those living with HIV and anyone seeking to learn more.

Through Aunty Lou’s Street Talks, Louise connects directly with the public, on the streets, to open up dialogue and dispel myths and misconceptions about HIV. She is a prolific writer and content creator, curating blogs and social media campaigns to amplify awareness. As a HIV Ambassador for London, Louise works tirelessly to promote empathy and inclusivity in her public speaking.

Beyond her work in HIV awareness, Louise is a certified Yoga Teacher and Intersectional Coach, blending mindfulness and inclusivity into her practice. She is a proud neurodivergent and follows a plant based diet. She embraces creativity and authenticity in all aspects of her life.

Louise’s impact extends internationally as a board member for various HIV organisations, where she contributes her expertise to global initiatives promoting equity.

With over 30 years of experience in Programme Management, Contract Management, and Service Improvement Consultancy, Louise has worked extensively with UK Local Government, domestic abuse charities, and private companies. Her career has been marked by a commitment to driving meaningful impact and positive transformation.
